Once tracking becomes available, you'll be able to follow your order on its journey to you. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and other circumstances outside our control.

We want you to receive the CrossGearX product you ordered in the condition you should reasonably expect.

Because our products are generally made specifically for each order, we normally cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color, change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defective merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains an incorrect item, please contact CrossGearX within 10 calendar days of delivery. We may ask for photographs or other information so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
